While conducting a search at the property of S.Š. (46) in Šusunja, Zeta, the Podgorica police discovered and confiscated two packages containing a substance believed to be marijuana, totaling 490 grams, the Police Directorate (UP) reported today.

The statement notes that the suspect, S.Š., is currently at large and being pursued by authorities.

“Officers from the Regional Security Center ‘Centar’ of the Podgorica Security Department found nearly 500 grams of a substance regarded as the narcotic drug marijuana during a search in Zeta. Specifically, during the investigation of the premises used by S.Š. (46) in Šusunja, Zeta, the police located and took into possession two packages of a substance suspected to be marijuana, weighing 490 grams,” the statement indicated.

The UP mentioned that the prosecutor at the Higher State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica has been informed about the situation and classified the offense as unauthorized production, possession, and distribution of narcotic drugs.
