Bogdanović and Zubac Star as Clippers Triumph Over Cleveland

The Los Angeles Clippers triumphed over the Cleveland Cavaliers with a score of 132:119, marking Cleveland’s second consecutive defeat in the NBA.

Kawhi Leonard led the Clippers with an impressive 33 points, complemented by seven rebounds, four assists, and four steals, contributing to their fourth straight win. Ivica Zubac followed with 28 points and 20 rebounds, while James Harden added 22 points and nine assists.

Serbian player Bogdan Bogdanović had a stellar performance with 20 points, seven assists, and four rebounds, going perfect on the night with 4/4 from three-point land and 4/4 from two-point range.

Cleveland, suffering its second straight loss, saw its previous 16-game winning streak come to an end on Sunday against Orlando. Max Struss led the Cavs with 24 points, while Donovan Mitchell tallied 18 points and 11 assists. Darius Garland, Deanre Hunter, and Evan Mobley all contributed 17 points.

The Cavaliers continue to lead the Eastern Conference with a record of 56 wins and 12 losses, tied with Oklahoma in the West.

In another matchup, the Golden State Warriors defeated the Milwaukee Bucks 104:93. Jimmy Butler paced the Warriors with 24 points, 10 assists, and eight rebounds. Brandin Podzemski chipped in with 17 points and seven rebounds, and Buddy Hield added 15 points and six rebounds.

Stephen Curry was absent from the game, having recently made history as the first player to hit 4,000 three-pointers. Coach Steve Kerr granted him a mental and physical rest.

For Milwaukee, Kyle Kuzma led with 22 points, followed by Giannis Antetokounmpo with 20 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists. Damian Lillard and Brook Lopez each scored 16 points.

The Atlanta Hawks ended a two-game losing streak with a decisive 134-102 victory over the Charlotte Hornets. Trae Young was the standout performer, scoring 31 points with eight assists and three steals. Dyson Daniels added 22 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists, while Zachary Rizacher contributed 21 points and eight rebounds.

In the Hornets’ lineup, which missed Lamela Ball and Miles Bridges, Daquan Jeffries and Seth Curry were the top scorers with 19 points each.

The Boston Celtics defeated the Brooklyn Nets 104:96, achieving their third straight win. Kristaps Porzingis shone for the defending champions with 25 points and 13 rebounds, while Brendon Scheerman tallied 20 points, 13 of which came in the clutch final quarter.

Derrick White contributed 18 points, five rebounds, and four assists, while Jrue Holiday added 12 points and eight assists. The Celtics played without Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown.

The Nets’ D’Angelo Russell was their top scorer with 18 points, accompanied by seven rebounds and five assists. Zaire Williams contributed 15 points, and Keon Johnson added 13 points.
