The Administrative Court has overturned the decision made by the Government of Montenegro in January of this year, which resulted in the dismissal of Goran Danilović, the director of the Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education. This information was confirmed to “Vijesti” by several sources.
Danilović was removed from his position on January 14 during an electronic session of the Government. This action followed a ruling by the Administrative Court that deemed the appointment of the leader of United Montenegro as the director of the Agency in June 2023 to be unlawful.
In response, Danilović stated his intent to file a lawsuit against both the Government and the Minister of Education, Science and Innovation, Anđela Jakšić – Stojanović, regarding his dismissal.
