Uglješa Urošević, a Member of Parliament from the Europe Now Movement, asserts that no official discussions have taken place regarding the government formation in Nikšić, citing the absence of formal invitations. However, he notes that informal discussions have occurred with “colleagues involved in the government at the national level.”
“For negotiations to be recognized as official, an official invitation is necessary. Official negotiations have not yet commenced due to the lack of such an invitation. It is standard practice for us to communicate and occasionally meet with our colleagues who are part of the state-level government. In the recent meeting, my fellow member from the local PES board, Boris Ćiraković, and I shared our perspectives on the political landscape in Nikšić and upcoming developments with members from other parties. Once the local PES board receives an official invitation for negotiations, we will collaborate with other party bodies at the national level to reach a decisive conclusion,” Urošević stated in a written announcement.
