I believe he wouldn’t interrupt his visit to the U.S. unless there was a significant health concern.

The Speaker of the Parliament of Montenegro and head of the New Serbian Democracy (NSD), Andrija Mandić, expressed his wishes for a swift recovery to Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić. This comes after reports surfaced in Serbian media indicating that Vučić had to cut his trip to the United States short due to health issues.
In a message shared on the Iks platform, Mandić recalled a time less than five years ago when he was urgently admitted and operated on at the Military Medical Academy (MMA) in Belgrade. He emphasized that he would always remember the “brotherly and humane demeanor” displayed by Serbian President Vučić, who was one of the first to visit him during that time.
“The demands of our work take a significant toll on our health, and I am aware that Serbia’s leader would not have curtailed a crucial diplomatic mission like a visit to the USA without valid health reasons. I wish Aleksandar Vučić a rapid recovery, good health, and a prompt return to his duties,” Mandić stated.
