Adžić: Three Apartments, Nenezić: Three Cars

Members of smaller parliamentary groups in the Parliament of Montenegro match their counterparts from larger groups in terms of wealth and income.

Data provided to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK) reveals that the majority of MPs from the Civic Movement URA have secured housing, while those from the Socialist People’s Party (SNP), the Democratic Union of Albanians (DUA) – Croatian Civic Initiative (HGI) club, and the Albanian Alliance report no real estate ownership.

MP of the Civic Movement GP URA Ana Novaković Đurović reported earnings of 20,982 euros last year (with a salary increase from 1,717 to 1,843 euros), and 5,160 euros from renting an apartment (430 euros per month).

She owns a 44-square-meter apartment and a Mercedes Benz A 180 vehicle acquired through purchase, and is servicing a loan of 25,000 euros, which according to her records, should have been settled by now.

Her husband Goran, head of the legal and human resources departments at a company, earned 6,100 euros last year (his salary rose from 450 to 800 euros), and 41,854 euros from consulting services (monthly income fluctuated from 1,233 to 7,680 euros). He owns a 71-square-meter apartment, inherited half of an 82-square-meter apartment, a house, and several meadows. He also holds 70 shares in the Hotel and Tourism Group “Budvanska rivijera” and 110 shares of the Aluminum Plant Podgorica (KAP), while repaying a housing loan of 91,600 euros with a monthly installment of 673 euros and a remaining debt of 69,529 euros.

Dritan Abazovic earned 2024 euros (21,840 euros annually) as an MP in 2021. He declared a 30-square-meter fishing house in his tax return, which he rents out, plus 35 euros in cash.

Filip Adžić reported earnings of 19,541 euros last year with a salary ranging from 1,601 to 1,714 euros. He owns three apartments each measuring 133 square meters, a house, a meadow, a building under construction, and shares in various properties. He possesses two cars – a 2016 Volkswagen Golf (purchased) and a 2005 Citroen C2 (inherited), along with two firearms, 27,000 euros in cash, and 14,322 euros in a current account.

His wife Ana owns half of a 36-square-meter apartment (acquired by purchase) and 7,500 euros in cash.

Miloš Konatar earned 20,842 euros last year (salary ranged from 1,658 to 1,831 euros), alongside variable income of 5,860 euros (from 475 to 633 euros). He owns a 36-square-meter apartment bought in 2019 and a Volkswagen Tiguan purchased last year. His financial records show 26,330 euros in current accounts, securities in KAP and Plantaže whose value is not specified, and he is repaying a housing loan of 15,000 euros with a remaining debt of 14,407 euros.

His wife Ana Ponoš earned 14,407 euros as a translator at the company “Arhimed doo” during the previous year (salary variations from 542 to 600 euros), 931 euros of unaccounted earnings, and 18,003 euros as a court interpreter. She bought a 21-square-meter apartment and owns a 2015 “Opel Moka”, alongside 10,475 euros in two current accounts.

Social Democratic Party member Boris Mugoša earned 27,597 euros last year as an MP, with a salary fluctuation from 2,203 to 2,544 euros. He had additional income of 800 euros as part of the operational team and earned 5,400 euros from rent (450 euros per month). He owns a 71-square-meter apartment, a “Hyundai Tuson” vehicle (purchased), and reported various shares and bonds without specifying their values.

His wife Ana earned 25,670 euros as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Economics and 9,520 euros at the Institute for Socioeconomic Analysis (salary ranging from 2,574 to 3,609 euros). She declared 16,000 euros in cash and owns shares in different companies.

Branislav Nenezić earned 16,610 euros as President of the Bar Municipal Assembly last year (salary fluctuated from 1,359 to 1,456 euros) and received 4,683 euros as a parliamentary salary difference (394 to 418 euros). He owns three cars (a “Seat Ibiza,” a “Kia Sorento,” and an “Audi A5,” all purchased) and has 11,000 euros in cash while repaying a loan of 18,000 euros.

His wife Jovana earned 13,333 euros as a PR manager for the Bar Tourist Organization last year, and owns a 56-square-meter apartment (purchased) and 7,000 euros in cash, while repaying an 80,000 euro housing loan.

Nikola Zirojević reported earnings of 19,897 euros last year (salary ranged from 1,608 to 1,931 euros) and 2,400 euros (200 euros per month) as a councilor. He also gained 1,872 euros from renting. He owns two vehicles and reported two business premises and several inherited lands.

His wife Nevena Veličkovska Zirojević earned 5,241 euros as an associate in the electoral commission in North Macedonia, with additional earnings from various advisory roles totaling over 1,800 euros.

SNP – CIVIS parliamentary group president Bogdan Božović received a parliamentary salary ranging from 1,594 to 1,707 euros, with an additional 2,058 euros from the parliamentary board, while reporting no movable or immovable property.

SNP MP Sladjana Kaluđerović earned 1,660 euros from her parliamentary salary for ten months and 1,770 euros for two months, currently repaying an 8,000 euro consumer loan and owning a 2006 Renault Modus.

CIVIS letter member Maja Vučelić reported a parliamentary salary ranging from 1,608 to 1,715 euros, and 2,750 euros from her role in the Capital City Assembly. She owns a 50-square-meter apartment and a garage (acquired), driving a 2019 Peugeot. Her savings include 1,029 euros and a current account balance of 2,264 euros.

Albanian Forum MP and Assembly Vice President Nikola Camaj received a salary of 2,640 euros, earning an additional 250 euros as a councilor in the Tuzi Municipal Assembly. He owns various inherited properties and drives a 2007 Audi while managing a consumer loan of 12,865 euros.

Member Artan Chobi from the Albanian Forum reported monthly earnings from 1,608 to 1,722 euros, with 8,467 euros in his current account and no registered properties, while his wife Mirlinda owns a 2008 Toyota.

HGI member Adrian Vuksanović earned a salary ranging from 2,128 to 2,250 euros, reporting additional earnings from various roles. He drives a 2015 Skoda Octavia.

DUA MP Mehmed Zenka received 2,056 euros per month and additional earnings as a municipal councilor and party president, reporting shares and a 70,000 euro loan along with a declared weapon.

Jevrosima Pejović from the Special Club of Deputies earned between 2,140 and 2,262 euros per month, with extra income as a council member totaling 3,000 euros. She owns a 35-square-meter studio and reports various loans.

Special Club member Radinka Ćinćur received a parliamentary salary of 2,100 euros last year, plus additional income from rent. She has shares and is repaying a housing loan, with her husband Joseph owning a house of 120+60 square meters.

Special Club representative Vladimir Dobričanin earned a parliamentary salary of 323 euros per month, alongside significant income from various medical institutions and consulting roles, owning two apartments and managing multiple loans.

His wife Sanja earned 2,500 euros per month as a professor at the University of Kosovska Mitrovica.

Albanian Alliance member Ilir Čapuni earned 5,181 euros as a parliamentary member and 3,239 euros as a councilor, with additional income from various roles, holding significant cash reserves and cryptocurrencies.

His wife Arta earned 9,000 euros annually as an independent councilor and received rent income, owning a small weekend house. The MP drives a “Volkswagen,” and his wife a “Mercedes Benz B”.
