Top contenders CEDIS and DMD Delta secured victories in the opening matches of the semi-finals of the Meridianbet Business League mini-football playoffs in Montenegro.

With an impressive win over the Cosmetics team (8:2), CEDIS has taken a significant step toward reaching the playoff final. After defeating NLB Banka in the quarter-finals with two victories, the league leader continued its strong performance in the semi-finals. At halftime against Cosmetics, the score was 3:0, and within ten minutes of the second half, CEDIS netted four more goals for a staggering 7:0 lead. Although Nemanja Stešević found the net for Cosmetics in the 32nd minute to make it 1:7, Dejan Drobnjak quickly responded with a third goal just a minute later. Andrej Radović added another goal late in the match, concluding with a final score of 2:8, leaving the rematch likely as a mere formality.

The second semi-final match was much closer and filled with excitement, where DMD Delta edged out Sincommerce with a narrow 1:0 victory. The crucial goal came from Ivan Tomašević, who inadvertently scored an own goal in the 32nd minute. Despite the loss, Sincommerce showed promise, suggesting a fierce contest in the upcoming second leg. Defending champions DMD Delta once again made it through, having previously secured a semi-final spot after a tense penalty shootout against Pošta CG.
