Chicago Shatters the Lakers in the City of Angels

In a showdown of legacies at the Crypto Com Arena, the Chicago Bulls decisively defeated the struggling LA Lakers 146:115.
Only three players from the home team attempted to keep up with the vibrant visitors—Luka Dončić, Austin Reeves, and LeBron James, who, returning from an injury, couldn’t exert much influence.
On the opposing side, spirits were high—Kobe White scored 36 points, Matas Buzelis added 31, and Josh Giddy recorded a triple-double with 12 points, 10 rebounds, and 17 assists. Kevin Herter and Patrick Williams contributed 14 points each, while Dylan Terry added 13. Nikola Vučević delivered a double-double with 12 points and the same number of steals.
Vučević had a shooting rate of 50 percent, made 4 out of 3 three-pointers, and grabbed three offensive rebounds.
Only Giddy surpassed the Montenegrin center in utility index (22), while Vučević also contributed five assists, two steals, and a block for an index of +19.
For the Lakers, Dončić was remarkable with 34 points, Reeves followed with 25, and LeBron had 17. Only Jackson Hayes reached double figures with 10.
The Milwaukee Bucks staged a significant comeback in Sacramento, outpacing the Kings 114:108.
Sacramento maintained control for most of the match, holding a double-digit lead, but the Bucks steadily narrowed the gap. Gary Trent Jr. evened the score at 97:97, and then Kevin Porter gave his team their first lead since the opening 2:0.
Giannis Antetokounmpo was the standout player, scoring 32 points and pulling in 17 rebounds; Brook Lopez added 21 points, while Porter Junior chipped in 18.
DeRozan led Sacramento with 22 points, Keon Ellis scored 20, and Jonas Valanciunas contributed 18.
Golden State struggled without Steph Curry against Atlanta, as Trae Young delivered a strong performance with 25 points and 10 assists.
