On championship day, Budućnost clinched victory in Kotor with a resounding win over Bokelj SBBet.
Prior to the match in the historic city, the “Blues” celebrated their title as Petrovac and Jezera ended in a draw. They then delivered a spectacular performance for their fans, showcasing the skills that helped them dominate and secure their seventh championship with five games still to play.
Under the leadership of Ivan Brnović, the team triumphed with a 4:0 scoreline against Bokelj, establishing a 19-point lead over their nearest rival with five matches remaining.
The statistics reveal their dominance: Budućnost recorded 23 wins in 31 matches, alongside six draws and just two losses (to Mornar at home and Bokelj away), netting 81 goals while conceding only 25…
The opening goal in Kotor came from Ivan Bulatović, who netted twice in the first half, while in the second half, both Lazar Mijović and young talent Lazar Savović added to the score.
In contrast, Petrovac managed a 1-1 draw in Berane, courtesy of Vladan Kordić’s stunning goal, where he cleverly struck the ball past Plav’s goalkeeper Stefan Kastratović from a tight angle in the 33rd minute.
The home side had initially taken the lead in the 8th minute, thanks to Mihailo Perović’s effort.
Meanwhile, Dečić AdmiralBet secured a 2:0 win over Mornar at the DG Arena, moving up to third place in the table, surpassing Sutjeska.
The defending champions pulled ahead with a spectacular goal from Draško Božović via a free kick in the 65th minute, followed by Ibrahima Endiaj sealing the match with a goal ten minutes later on a swift counterattack.
Sutjeska played to a 1:1 draw against Arsenal in Tivat.
Arsenal nearly got on the scoreboard early in the match thanks to a chance from Armin Imamović, but Sutjeska took the lead in the 36th minute through Aleksandar Desančić.
In the second half, Arsenal responded with threats from Šaleta Kordić, who first struck the post and then equalized in the 81st minute, with an assist from Staniša Mandić.
The match between Otranto Olimpik and Jedinstvo France ended with no winner, concluding at 2:2.
Ulcinj took an initial lead in Tuzi via Stefan Vico, but Brandao leveled the score. A strange own goal early in the second half, when Vico inadvertently struck Stefan Filipović, swinging the momentum towards the Bijelo Polje team.
