Bayern Just One Victory Away from Championship Glory

Bayern Munich secured a 3-0 victory over Mainz at home today during the 31st round of the Bundesliga.
Leroy Sane opened the scoring in the 27th minute, followed by Michael Oliseh who extended the lead in the 40th minute. Eric Dier sealed the final score in the 84th minute.
With their 23rd league win, Bayern sits atop the standings with 75 points, while Mainz holds the seventh position with 10 points after suffering their 47th defeat.
Bayer Leverkusen triumphed over Augsburg with a 2-0 score at home. The reigning champions’ goals came from Patrik Schick in the 13th minute and Emiliano Buendia in first-half stoppage time.
Under Xabi Alonso’s management, Bayer Leverkusen is currently second in the table with 67 points, while Augsburg ranks 10th with 43 points.
Borussia Dortmund achieved a 3-2 away victory against Hoffenheim. Dortmund took an early lead with Seru Girassi’s goal in the 20th minute, and he had the chance to extend their lead in the 34th minute but missed a penalty.
Hoffenheim equalized with Adam Hložek’s goal in the 61st minute, only for Dortmund to retake the lead through Julian Brandt in the 74th minute. Pavel Kaderabek brought Hoffenheim level again just before stoppage time, but Waldemar Anton secured the win for Borussia in the fifth minute of stoppage time.
This marks Dortmund’s second consecutive win, bringing their total to 14 this season, placing them sixth in the table with 48 points. Hoffenheim lies in 15th with 30 points, five points away from Heidenheim in 16th, who are facing relegation play-offs.
In other matches, Holstein Kiel won against Borussia Mönchengladbach with a score of 4:3 at home, while Freiburg managed a 1:0 victory away at Wolfsburg.
Later, Eintracht will face Leipzig.
