Spajić and Sheikh Al Nahyan Explore Ways to Enhance Montenegro-UAE Relations

The Prime Minister Milojko Spajić held a phone conversation with His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Deputy Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, to discuss the enhancement of friendly and strategic ties between Montenegro and the UAE.

The two leaders shared perspectives on tangible opportunities to bolster cooperation in key sectors including tourism, energy, and information technology, focusing on investment attraction and job creation.

Prime Minister Spajić reiterated that the core aim of the Government is to advance Montenegro through economic growth, innovation, adherence to the rule of law, and building partnerships with reputable international investors.

We are dedicated to fostering a modern, open, and competitive Montenegro — poised to enter a new chapter of collaboration with strategic partners globally, the Prime Minister remarked.

Both parties concurred that the Montenegrin Parliament’s passage of the Montenegro–UAE Cooperation Agreement establishes a robust groundwork for initiating a groundbreaking new phase of bilateral cooperation across diverse fields.
