Chicago Tops Denver, Vučević Just Two Rebounds Shy of Double-Double

The Chicago Bulls triumphed over the Denver Nuggets with a score of 129 to 119 last night, marking their third win in a row in the NBA.

Nikola Vučević from the Montenegrin national team played for 29 minutes, contributing 13 points and securing eight rebounds. The standout performer for the Bulls was Kobe White, who scored 37 points, while Josh Giddy added 26 points along with nine assists and seven rebounds. Jalen Smith and Dalen Terry both chipped in with 14 points each.

The Nuggets played without their star player Nikola Jokić, who missed his fifth game in a row due to a left ankle injury. Jamal Murray led Denver with 28 points, accompanied by seven assists and five rebounds. Peyton Watson followed closely with 24 points and six rebounds.

In another matchup, the Orlando Magic defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 118-106, handing the Lakers their third consecutive loss. For the Lakers, who have now lost seven of their last 10 games, Luka Dončić was the star with 32 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists. LeBron James contributed 24 points, seven assists, and six rebounds, while Austin Reeves chipped in with 18 points, six rebounds, and four assists.

The Boston Celtics emerged victorious against the Sacramento Kings with a score of 113-95, marking their sixth consecutive win. Jayson Tatum led the defending champions with 25 points, eight assists, and seven rebounds, before leaving the game in the third quarter due to a foul from Domantas Sabonis.

After hitting his fifth three-pointer of the night, Tatum was fouled and remained on the court for a brief moment. He made one of his two free throws before heading to the locker room and did not return.

Peyton Pritchard contributed significantly with 22 points, while Kristaps Porzingis added 16 points and eight rebounds. Luke Kornet chipped in with 13 points and eight rebounds, and Derrick White added 12 points along with eight assists.

For Sacramento, DeMar DeRozan scored 20 points with 10 assists, while Sabonis finished with 16 points and 17 assists. Both Zach Levine and Keon Ellis contributed 14 points each.

In other results, Indiana triumphed over Minnesota 119:103, achieving their fifth consecutive victory, and Toronto overcame Washington 112:104, ending a four-game losing streak.

New Orleans bested Philadelphia 112:99, while Dallas defeated Brooklyn 120:101, marking the Nets’ fourth consecutive loss.
