Andrijev resident suspected of dumping raw lumber and wood products on state land

Andrijev Resident Accused of Disposing Raw Lumber and Wood Products on State Property

The Berane police have submitted a criminal complaint against V.Ć from Andrijevica, suspecting that he unlawfully occupied 2,100 square meters of state-owned land in Vinicka, within the municipality of Berane, by placing raw lumber and wood products on the property, as announced today by the Police Directorate (UP).

He is suspected of committing the crime of illegal land occupation.

“Specifically, officers from the Berane Security Department, in collaboration with the Urban Planning and Construction Inspection, have lodged a criminal complaint with the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Berane against V.Ć. (59) from Andrijevica, who owns a wood processing company. He is suspected of the illegal occupation of land after usurping 2,100 square meters of state land in Vinicka, Berane municipality, by storing raw materials and wood products on the site,” the UP statement indicates.
