Criminal charges against four people for illegal construction

Four Individuals Face Criminal Charges for Unlawful Construction

Law enforcement officials have brought criminal charges against four individuals for unauthorized construction, as announced by the Police Directorate.

As per the police reports, charges were made against SB (68) from Mojkovac and TA (67), MB (52), and RV (37) from Kolašin.

They are being investigated for the offense of erecting structures without the required permits and documentation.

“SB is accused of illegally constructing so-called wooden houses in the Biogradska Gora National Park (NP) without appropriate documentation, while TA is charged with building a wooden bridge over the Jezerštica River within the same NP,” the statement reads.

MB and RV are also alleged to have committed the crime by initiating construction of unauthorized structures without necessary permits and documentation.
