Nikšić Municipality to Support 60 Unemployed Individuals with Training and Mentoring in Creative Industries

In the near future, the Municipality of Nikšić will launch the project “Creating Real Opportunities through Work, Talent, and Dedication”, which has received funding approval from the Western Balkans Fund.
“The primary goal of this initiative is to empower 60 unemployed individuals through training and mentoring in the creative industries, aiming to help them develop viable business ideas and effectively bring them to market,” the Municipality of Nikšić announced.
The project partners include the Municipality of Knjaževac, the Trebinja Development Agency, and the Center for Sustainable Community Development in Debar (North Macedonia).
A ceremony took place in Durres where certificates were awarded to the grant recipients. Representatives from the Municipality of Nikšić, Nikolina Vukotić and Biljana Pinjatić from the Department for Cooperation, Presidential Affairs, and Information, accepted the certificates.
“Among 416 submitted applications, the Municipality of Nikšić’s project was chosen as one of the 30 best that will receive financial backing,” stated the Municipality.
