“Judokas Amass Medals: Nurković and Sinanović Shine with Gold”

The first medals have been secured from Andorra, thanks to the outstanding efforts of Montenegrin judokas who ensured their abundance.

Gold medals from the Games of Small Countries of Europe gleamed on the chests of Jahja Nurković (-81) and Emil Sinanović (-66).

“I am proud of the team; everyone fought valiantly, and I am also proud of myself for giving my all,” stated Nurković.

Sinanović echoed his sentiments, prioritizing the success of the national team.

“Today has been incredibly successful with nine medals earned. I won two matches and met my expectations. In just two days, we will compete as a team, where we also aspire for gold.”

In addition to them, medals were also achieved by Jusuf Nurković, Novo Raičević, Slobodan Vukić, Andrija Martinović, Tamara Gardašević (silver), and Ena Šćepanović and Ivana Šunjević (bronze).
