Kendrick Nunn Shines in Round 31: Who Will Make Their Mark in the Next Round?

Kendrick Nunn of Panathinaikos has been awarded the Most Valuable Player (MVP) for the 31st round of the Euroleague.
During the match against Maccabi Tel Aviv, which Panathinaikos won 99:92, Nunn scored 26 points (2/2 on two-point shots, 5/10 on three-pointers, and a perfect 7/7 on free throws), along with eight assists, five rebounds, one steal, one block, and a utility index of 34.
This marks the third occasion in Nunn’s career where he has received the EuroLeague MVP title, and he was also recognized as the Most Valuable Player of the Month for February this season, as noted on the EuroLeague website.
Currently, Nunn is averaging 20.2 points, four assists, 3.5 rebounds, and an efficiency index of 18.7 in the Euroleague, helping Panathinaikos secure third place in the standings with a record of 20 wins and 11 losses.
In the previous round, only Olympiacos player Sasha Vezenkov had a higher utility index than Nunn. However, despite delivering an impressive performance against Asvel with 25 points (5/6 on two-pointers, 3/6 on three-pointers, and 6/6 on free throws), 10 rebounds, one assist, one steal, and a utility index of 36, Vezenkov’s team lost.
Brandon Davis from Partizan and Theo Maledon from Asvel both finished with a utility index of 28, securing third place. Davis contributed with 85 points (71/22 shooting from the field) in his team’s 9:10 victory over Alba, achieving the highest utility index of his season.
Valter Tavares from Real Madrid and Juancho Hernangomez from Panathinaikos both achieved a utility index of 27, placing them next in line for the top performance of the round.
The Euroleague is approaching the concluding stages of the regular season, with matches for round 32 scheduled for tonight and tomorrow.
