Kašćelan Details How He Evaded Consequences After Threatening to Kill a Fellow Citizen
Slobodan Kašćelan, a prominent figure in the Kavač clan, once shared that a local resident he had threatened decided to drop the criminal charges, influenced not only by Kašćelan but also with help from a female inspector in the Kotor police.
This individual from Kotor was apprehended on November 1, 2020, with the Police Directorate announcing that he was detained for making “serious threats to the life and body of the injured party BR.”
Shortly after his release a few hours later, he communicated via the Sky app with Nenad Nen Kaluđerović from Cetinje, stating: “I just got home, brother. I spent the night at the police station, and now the prosecutor has let me go,” in a message dated November 2, 2020.
Kaluđerović questioned if it was necessary for things to unfold that way. Kašćelan responded that it wasn’t, thinking “the poor guy wouldn’t report him”…
“What prompted you to threaten him?” Kaluđerović inquired.
“His son associates with these fools… Joko’s godfather,” came the explanation, referencing the Skaljarci…
Later, Kašćelan texted on the encrypted app that the victim had withdrawn his complaint and detailed the situation:
“He withdrew this… He told me, Munja (Zvicer), to go and withdraw it immediately… Vučko (Vladimir Vučović) was present at the police station, and an inspector suggested someone should go to the person who filed the report to retract it, which Vučko did right away.”
He expressed relief, noting that this “little thing” could have jeopardized their plans regarding the assassination of Jovan Vukotić, which Kaluđerović had previously inquired about.
“Was there an issue with the meeting with Vukotić?” the Cetinje resident asked.
“No… If I had remained detained, then yes,” Kašćelan clarified.
“Lucky, lucky… A trivial matter could have spoiled everything,” he remarked.
This discussion occurred while they had Mile Radulović Kapetan from Skalja in captivity, using his phone to ensnare numerous rivals.
Upon being asked if “that one” was seeking messages, referring to Risto Mijanović, he confirmed:
“By the end of the week, it’ll be done… Goth,” Kašćelan said.
Kaluđerović expressed eagerness but wanted to see Vukotić dealt with first…
“And I’m glad about that. But I detest the bastard because of you; I can’t bear to look at him, especially since he has no allies when he came to attack you. I tracked him down as soon as you and Jadomani (Radoman) had a dispute”…
“Let them go, and then others will cease to fear. If someone dares, we’ll eliminate them, and Bosnia will find peace,” Kaluđerović remarked.
“They’ve been decapitated now, brother; no one believes anyone anymore, and they still trust ‘the one who was arrested,'” Kašćelan explained.
The Cetinje resident noted that this situation worked to their advantage, while Kašćelan assured him he would certainly deal with these two.
“These two for sure… This one could be shot today,” he stated.
Kaluđerović asked to be informed when that occurred.
Kašćelan informed his interlocutor that the Škalja people have been decapitated, indicating that no one trusts anyone anymore, or they still believe ‘the one who was arrested,’ referring to Milo Radulović the Captain.
The following day, as reported by Vijesti, Kašćelan informed Kaluđerović that “that task” had been completed, but expressed anger at the “soldiers” who killed Mijanović before extracting crucial information about the dealings and crimes of the Škaljari criminal organization.
“Everything is proceeding well; three individuals are interrogating him,” the Kotor resident shared initially.
However, half an hour later, he reported that Goti was done.
“He was drowned instantly; the raw materials arrived, and he was immediately drowned”…
Kaluđerović cautioned that it wasn’t wise, given that he had already been apprehended…
“It’s unwise now that he’s been arrested, but good luck to him,” Kašćelan replied.
“This one attempted to leap through the glass, rushed at them, and they had no choice but to kill him; we lost our minds,” he explained.
“Goti? Or Tsunami… Did he open the crypt… Let it appear as if the cops picked him up,” Neno wrote.
The elder responded that he had opened the crypt, indicating that “they both left”…
“Did Goti at least confess something? I thought Goti was going to betray someone…”
“I wanted him to set someone up, but look at what the ghosts did”…
On November 2, 2020, the Police Directorate officially announced that, upon the order of the State Prosecutor, they had arrested Kašćelan for allegedly endangering security by making serious threats towards the life and body of the injured party BR from Kotor.
This year, the Special State Prosecutor’s Office (SDT) revealed that they have launched an investigation against Zvicer and 12 associates of the organized crime group for the aggravated murder of the Cetinje resident.
They mentioned that the murder was carried out under Zvicer’s orders, executed deceitfully and from a place of ruthless revenge and other ulterior motives, aiming for dominance, profit, and power.
Additionally, investigations are being conducted against Milan Vujotić, Dragan Knežević, Radoje Živković, Duško Roganović, Miloš Radonjić, Nikola Spasojević, Željko Bojanić, Zdravko Perunović, Ratko Živković, Krsto L., along with individuals P. Đ. and VK.
“The investigation and legal proceedings concern the actions of a criminal organization established in 2020 by defendant RZ, with other defendants and currently unidentified members, intended for committing serious crimes against life and limb, to acquire unlawful profit and power. Each member had a designated role or task, the activities were planned for indefinite periods, governed by certain internal control rules and discipline, implemented internationally, employing violence and intimidation,” the SDT detailed.
The focus of the investigation is the actions of the organizers and other members of the criminal organization, resulting in the death of victim RM, a member of a competing gang, executed treacherously and out of revenge and greed, aimed at asserting dominance and obtaining profit and power, as well as the concealment and destruction of evidence related to the crime in November 2020,” the SDT concluded.
