I anticipate that the FBI and FSB will be called upon Tuesday to investigate claims regarding the use of a sonic cannon.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić expressed confidence that Belgrade will extend an invitation to American and Russian security agencies tomorrow, following claims regarding the use of a “sonic cannon” during the recent protests.
He informed reporters in Belgrade that he trusts the expertise of both the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), while accusing opposition figures and their supporters of fabricating the sonic cannon claims.
“Let them (FBI and FSB) provide clarity in five, ten, or twenty days… it’s important for history to show how they have misled the public,” Vučić stated.
He criticized the opposition, along with sympathizing professors and certain media, for “misleading the public and blatantly lying” about the alleged deployment of the “sound cannon.”
“You can’t fabricate stories indefinitely; eventually, it turns against you… we didn’t even raise a baton; the police exercised patience,” he asserted.
He noted that, despite what the police, military, and BIA have stated—claiming there was no “sound cannon”—some members of the opposition and their supporters persist in their narratives.
Earlier today, Serbian Prime Minister Miloš Vučević stated the government is prepared to officially invite the US FBI and the Russian FSB to investigate the alleged use of a sound cannon during Saturday’s protest in Serbia.
