Kažić Participates in the Czech Volleyball Federation General Assembly
The President of the Volleyball Federation of Montenegro, Nikola Kažić, participated in the General Assembly of the Volleyball Federation of the Czech Republic, where Marek Pakosta was re-elected as president.
Kažić attended the meeting at the “Grand International” hotel upon Pakosta’s invitation. This marks Pakosta’s third consecutive term, affirming confidence in his long-standing leadership and vision for the advancement of Czech volleyball.
The ceremonial event was graced by numerous high-ranking European volleyball officials, including the President of the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) Roko Sikirić, the First Vice President of the CEV Ivan Knežević, the President of the MEVZA Association Valentina Biflin, the President of the Volleyball Federation of Serbia Đula Mešter, and the President of the Hungarian Volleyball Federation Gabriela Vatai.
During the assembly’s break, various discussions focused on furthering the development of European volleyball. Participants shared their impressions and expressed satisfaction with the extremely successful organization of the recent Champions League final tournaments under the CEV’s auspices, as well as the numerous accomplishments of the new leadership headed by Sikirić over the past nine months. Ideas and proposals were exchanged to enhance the quality and popularity of volleyball in Europe.
