“Mumin Wanted for Attempted Murder in Nikšić Following Altercation Between Two Skalja Residents”

The police in Nikšić are currently searching for Luka Mumin (28) on suspicion of attempting to murder PK (41) in a locality near Trebjes.
This announcement was made by the Police Directorate, which described Mumin as an operationally significant individual.
“The attempted murder took place during a brawl in a nightclub. All individuals involved in the altercation have been identified, detained, and will face criminal charges for participating in the fight,” said the UP.
The detained individuals include Aleksandar Kovačević (OIL), Mile Jovanović, Andrija Marković, Stefan Ivanović, Lazar Bojović, Đorđe Perović, and Aleksandar Kruščić, all suspected of participating in the fight. They will be presented to the appropriate prosecutor along with the criminal report.
Jovanović and Marković are alleged members of the Nikšić faction of the Škalja clan.
The police reported that a fight among several individuals was reported at around 2 AM in a nightclub on Novice Cerovića Street in Nikšić.
“Immediately upon receipt of the call, officers from the Nikšić Military District were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, they discovered an individual identified as OKG MJ (38), an operationally significant person PM (24), and PK (41) from Nikšić, all of whom had injuries. They were then transported to the Nikšić Medical Center for treatment. MJ and PM were found to have minor injuries and were taken to the official premises of the Nikšić Military District for further proceedings. PK suffered a stab wound to the chest and was admitted to surgery at the Medical Center. According to the latest updates, his condition is stable and not life-threatening,” the UP reported.
They also noted that both LB (21) and AK (22) sought medical assistance at the center.
“LB was unharmed, whereas AK had minor injuries. Both were subsequently taken to the official premises of the Nikšić Military Police.”
“During the investigation, officers learned of a clash between the following individuals: operationally significant AK (47), members of an OKG MJ (38), AM (40), SI (37), and PK (41) on one side, and operationally significant LM (28), LB (21), Đ.P. (28), AK (22), along with two currently unknown individuals on the opposing side. These individuals were reportedly hurling glasses, bottles, and chairs at one another when LM stabbed PK in the chest with a knife before fleeing the scene. The state prosecutors from the Higher State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica and the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Nikšić have been notified of the incident. The State Prosecutor in Podgorica indicated that LM’s actions constitute the essential elements of attempted murder against PK and ordered his detention upon capture. Regarding the other participants in the altercation, the state prosecutor in Nikšić classified their actions as a criminal offense for participating in a fight,” stated the police.
