Mladost Just a Step Away from Rejoining the Elite Ranks
The Mladost team secured a 2:0 victory over Podgorica at the DG Arena during the 26th round of the Second Montenegrin Football League.
As the current league leaders, Mladost achieved their fourth straight win, bringing their total to 18 victories this season.
Igor Vukčević scored the first goal in the 10th minute, followed by Lazar Knežević’s goal in the 60th minute to seal the win.
Mladost is at the top of the table with 60 points, holding a 13-point lead over second-placed Rudar.
Meanwhile, Podgorica finds itself near the bottom with just 23 points.
Looking ahead, Mladost will face Lovćen in their next match, while Podgorica will travel to play against Rudar.
