Mladost Secures a Clear Win – Outshining Rudar by 10 Points
Players from Mladost Donja Gorica are 10 points clear at the top of the table, following their victory over Iskra (1:0) in the opening match of the 28th round of the Second Montenegrin Football League.
Though Iskra was the host at the FSCG Training Camp, Mladost celebrated victory with a goal from substitute Miloš Zečević in the 48th minute.
Having come on as a substitute at half-time, he scored the crucial goal just two minutes later.
Mladost now stands at 57 points, leading by ten over Rudar and 17 over third-placed Lovćen, with the same number of games played.
Nedeljko Vlahović’s squad is on a solid path to returning to the elite league.
The three remaining matches of the 28th round will occur on Saturday, featuring Ibar vs. Grbalj, Podgorica vs. Igalo, and Kom vs. Rudar. Lovćen players have a bye.
