The Council of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK) is set to review the data from the Income and Assets Report of the Acting Director, Dušan Drakić, for the year 2024 in an upcoming session.

This announcement was made today by ASK.

The statement indicates that during today’s meeting, the ASK Council performed a technical and administrative review of Drakić’s Income and Assets Report for 2024.

“It was confirmed that the Report was submitted within the legal timeframe and that it was completed both formally and legally in accordance with Article 25 of the Law on the Prevention of Corruption and Article 6 of the Rules on the Verification of Income and Assets Reports for the Director of ASK. A thorough verification of the data from the Report will take place at one of the upcoming sessions,” the statement reads.
