Inter secured a win against Cagliari, leaving Napoli with a crucial opportunity to reignite the championship race in Serie A as they face Empoli on Monday.

The reigning champions claimed a 3:1 victory at Meazza and, with an extra match to play, hold a six-point lead over their sole challenger for the Scudetto.

Once again, Inter showcased dominance in the first half, establishing a two-goal cushion after a brilliant strike and stunning assists from Marko Arnautović (with Lautaro Martinez joining the scoreline). The visitors managed to pull one back at the start of the second half.
