Stefan Timotijević (22), hailing from Bijelo Polje, has been sentenced to a year in prison by the Higher Court in Bijelo Polje for the offense of unauthorized production, possession, and distribution of narcotic drugs.
As per the indictment from the Higher State Prosecutor’s Office, Timotijević was found to have unlawfully possessed hemp and cocaine at his residence in Bijelo Polje on an unspecified date, leading up to May 11, 2024.
According to the case details, the drugs were concealed under a pillow in his bedroom: a total of 5,854 grams of cannabis, packaged in seven PVC bags stored inside a sock, and cocaine, weighing 2,001 grams, which was found in a plastic package containing four aluminum foil wraps.
The illegal substances were discovered by officers from the Bijelo Polje Police Station during a search of the apartment and other areas on May 11th.
