Bojana Gojković Defeats French Opponent to Advance to Final

Bojana Gojković, the talented boxer from Montenegro, has made it to the finals of the esteemed “Le Santur” tournament taking place in Argenteuil, a suburb of Paris.

Representing BK Budva, she achieved victory over local competitor Lucy Poliak with a unanimous decision in the semifinals of the 57 kg weight class.

Bojana showcased superior skills throughout the match, making the judges’ unanimous decision a well-deserved outcome against an opponent with professional experience.

“Bojana started a bit sluggishly, but after warming up, she took command of the fight and secured a comfortable win against the seasoned boxer,” explained her coach, Nikola Ružić.

In the finals scheduled for Saturday, Bojana will face the winner between Canada’s Ušana Seltan and the local fighter, Marianne D’Antoine.

Later tonight at 8 PM, Tomislav-Bato Đinović will step into the ring to compete against French boxer Li Belazel in the semifinals of the 60 kg category.
