Čobaj Presents Credentials to Osmani, Officially Takes Office as Montenegro’s Ambassador to Kosovo

Ambassador Bernard Čobaj has officially taken on the role of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Montenegro to Kosovo by presenting his letters of credence to President Vjosa Osmani, as announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) today.
The meeting highlighted the friendly and good-neighborly relations between the two countries, built on shared Euro-Atlantic values.
“President Osmani congratulated the ambassador on his new role, emphasizing the significance of nurturing and enhancing the amicable relations between Montenegro and Kosovo, grounded in mutual respect. She also confirmed the willingness to further advance collaboration in all areas of mutual interest. Ambassador Čobaj expressed his contentment with the solid relations between the two nations, pledging to work towards bolstering cooperation, enhancing political interactions, and developing comprehensive bilateral ties during his tenure. Both parties recognized the vast opportunities for strengthening interstate relations and committed to collaboratively promoting existing and new initiatives for cooperation,” the MFA statement noted.
