Suspect Held for Up to 72 Hours Following Threats Against Police Officers

The duty prosecutor at the Podgorica Basic State Prosecutor’s Office has ordered the detention of MB for a period of up to 72 hours. The prosecutor suspects him of committing the criminal offense of assault against an official during the performance of their duties.

According to the Podgorica Public Prosecutor’s Office, “The suspect threatened the police officers, indicating that they were unaware of his identity and that all of his associates were incarcerated.”
