Barça Dominates Dortmund, While PSG Prepares for Rematch with Two-Goal Advantage

Barcelona is almost in the semi-finals of the Champions League after a resounding 4-0 victory over Borussia Dortmund in the first leg of their quarter-final at home this evening.
The outcome was never in doubt, as Barcelona launched their assault early, and Kobel was forced to make numerous saves to keep the “millionaires” in the game.
The hosts broke the deadlock in the 25th minute with a goal from Rafinha. In the second half, Robert Lewandowski showcased his prowess against his former team, scoring twice at the 48th and 66th minutes, capped off by Jamal’s goal in the 77th.
PSG also triumphed, coming back to beat Aston Villa 3-1 in Paris.
Here, just like in Barcelona, the home side was aggressive from the start, but Martinez’s heroics kept them at bay until the guests opened the scoring in the 35th minute through a well-worked goal by Rodgers.
PSG leveled just four minutes later with a stunning 20-meter shot from Due.
The comeback was completed in the 49th minute when Kvarachelia added another for the French champions.
The final touch was given by Mendes in stoppage time.
The second leg is set for next week.
