Suspect Detained for Alleged Sexual Harassment of Minors

Podgorica police apprehended EH (53) on charges of sexually harassing a minor, as announced by the Police Directorate (UP) today.
The statement details that the Podgorica police acted on a report from the minor’s mother.
“The minor’s mother visited the Podgorica Security Department and reported that an unknown male individual had previously sexually harassed her son in a public area, attempting to coax him to follow him. During this incident, there was no physical interaction between the individual and the minor,” the statement elaborates.
The UP indicated that EH will be presented before the state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica, along with a criminal report, on the grounds of the aforementioned allegation.
