Promising Montenegrin basketball star David Mirković showcased his skills at the renowned “Nike Hoop Summit,” leaving a remarkable impression in Portland.

Playing for Team World, Mirković scored eight points alongside three rebounds, one assist, and one block in just 15 minutes against a strong USA lineup. Notably, he scored all his points in the first quarter.

The final score saw Team USA triumph with a 124:114 victory.

Mirković will be playing at the University of Illinois next season and will be joined by teammates Tomislav and Zvonimir Ivišić, with whom he has played at SC Derby in his hometown of Nikšić.

This season, David Mirković is averaging 8.8 points and 6.7 rebounds while playing for the “students” in the AdmiralBet ABA League.

In February, he debuted for the Montenegrin national team during a EuroBasket qualifying match against Sweden.
