    <p>"Considering the practices observed in various cities governed by self-proclaimed liberators since August 30, we are increasingly convinced that Bar is a stronghold of democracy and freedom. Normal democratic practices worldwide indicate that local parliamentary representatives can be justifiably absent, which was the case yesterday.     <p>"Clearly in these cities, the unconventional coalitions failed to equitably divide the rewards, leading to conflicts they aim to project onto our city. We must thwart their plans, despite understanding their desire to create humor and amusement for the Bar public due to their lack of ideas and progressive proposals. Citizens have a legitimate question: if you are indeed concerned about the quorum issue, why spend time taking pictures in the hallways instead of contributing to the session?
