    <p>"A clear indication of the current government's inefficiency is their decision to invite the Special Police Department to participate in a tender they themselves initiated," Komnenić pointed out.</p>

    <p>He expressed concern about the Adriatic Highway running through the city, which causes significant traffic during the tourist season, negatively impacting both the quality of life for citizens and the experience for visitors.</p>

    <p>"Our long-proposed solution is a bypass from Sutorina to Zelenika, which would divert the main road away from the city center. This could have been accomplished by previous local governments, but they evidently lacked the will and expertise," Komnenić assessed.</p>

    <p>He believes that the way forward for Herceg Novi lies in what the European Union advocates: diligent work, fulfillment of promises, new initiatives, and a genuine relationship with residents.</p>

    <p>"We will create opportunities for young people and those with a vision for a progressive Boka, Mediterranean, and European Herceg Novi," stated the leader of the European Alliance list.</p>

    <p>Komnenić emphasized that Herceg Novi has had its fill of nationalism and animosity.</p>

    <p>"The spirit of our city represents something far more positive. Therefore, a vote for the European Union signifies a vote for a Boka Kotorska, Montenegrin, and European Herceg Novi, aiming towards our western gateway—Europe. Everyone must participate in the elections, support number 1, and may Montenegro endure," he concluded.</p>
