The municipal inspection and communal police are scheduled to remove the memorial plaque at the former military warehouse site in Morinje near Kotor on Monday, as reported by Podgorica news today.
On October 10th, Defense and Foreign Ministers Raško Konjević and Ranko Krivokapić, along with their Croatian counterparts—Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Veterans, Goran Grlić Radman and Tome Bear—made the announcement.
The Management Board of Inspection Affairs (UEP) has mandated this action for Monday, October 17th, and the decision has been questioned by the submission board, which is based on the Municipal Assembly of the Municipality of Montenegro, as this event has not reached the 50-year mark since its origin.
Konjević and Krivokapić assert that the installation of the memorial plaque complies with existing regulations.
