The Chamber for National Security in Montenegro reviewed the entry ban for 28 foreign nationals, with Prime Minister Dritan Abazović noting that varying measures were applied to different individuals.
“Conducting an analysis is important, as influences are not solely derived from Russian sources; there are malignant impacts from various origins,” said Abazović, emphasizing the significance of addressing such “malignant influences.”
“We will persist in our efforts to combat these harmful influences,” Abazović added.
The Chamber received updates from the National Security Agency regarding continued actions in collaboration with allied services.
“In the upcoming period, we will have more detailed information,” the Prime Minister mentioned regarding the outcome of the session and discussions surrounding espionage, as reported by the RTCG portal.
He underscored the necessity for effective monitoring and announced that Minister of Justice Marko Kovač would oversee the operations of the Operational Coordinator.
The Chamber examined the National Security Agency’s activities regarding the suppression of Russian and other malign foreign influences in Montenegro, focusing on specific individuals subjected to these measures and the rationale behind them.
