Nicoleta Rents Apartment Where Killers Pejakovic and Lipovina Stayed: New Execution Details from Podgorica – News
Aleksandar Dacic, Miljan Marijanovic, and Nikoleta Nakoković are currently under investigation. They are suspected of joining a criminal organization formed by an unidentified individual, which is linked to the murders of two individuals from Cetinje, Petra Lipovina and Žarka Pejaković.
At this moment, neither the person orchestrating the liquidation nor all the group’s members have been identified.
Pejakovic and Lipovina, purported members of the Kavačka clan, were brutally killed on November 6th at Circular Toka, as they were ambushed by two individuals firing automatic weapons from a “BMW.” The police quickly arrested three suspects.
According to an extension order of the investigation, which TVCG has reviewed, it’s stated that during the current year, the suspects became members of a criminal group formed with the intent to commit serious crimes, acknowledging the illegality of their actions.
“The group has been organized to execute a criminal plan, including the acquisition of firearms by the criminal association, among whom are the defendants Dacic, Marijanovic, and Nakoković,” as noted in the expanded order of the investigation.

The suspects were tasked with renting an apartment in Zabjelova, posing as a couple, allowing unidentified members of their criminal organization to reside there while hiding automatic weapons of unknown makes and calibers used in the subsequent murder, as reported by Rtcg.
Dacic reportedly delivered food to the building where the rented apartment was located and communicated with Uskokovic, who was inside the apartment, facilitating the unnoticed presence of the executors and preparing for the heinous murder.
The Prosecution states that an unidentified member of this criminal association, on November 6th at 3 PM, arrived in a gray MERCEDES, from which the individuals left in a “Renault Scenic” to Podgorica, where they awaited the arrival of the victims, Lime and Pejaković.
A total of 38 rounds were fired, and the assailants subsequently set the vehicle on fire in the Marez area.
“Defendant Dacic, using his car registered in Poland, transported them to an unknown location, enabling them to evade capture, after which he also included himself in the prosecutorial records.
Yesterday, Dacic, Marijanović, and Nakoković were detained for up to 30 days.
The charges include conspiracy, aggravated murder, and illegal possession of weapons and explosives.
“The detention was imposed at the suggestion of the higher state prosecutor in Podgorica due to the risk of flight, influencing witnesses, and potential repetition of the crime,” stated the Senior Court in Podgorica.
The first individual arrested in this investigation, Sava Kaludjerović, was detained three days prior.
He is suspected of aiding the perpetrator of the offense and committing illegal production, possession, and distribution of narcotics.
