“Three Suspects Detained for Up to 30 Days in Lime and Pejaković Case – News”
The Judge for the Investigation of the High Court in Podgorica has ordered the detention of Aleksandar Dacic, Nikoleta Uskoković, and Miljan Marjanovic for up to 30 days. They are connected to the double murder of Petra Lipovina and Žarko Pejaković that occurred on November 6.
The alleged members of the Scaland Criminal Clan were brought before a higher court this morning.
“Custody has been ordered for all individuals due to charges of criminal association, aggravated murder, and possession of explosive substances, stemming from their influence on witnesses and the risk of further obstruction,” stated Marija Raković, Public Relations Advisor for Podgorica.
The alleged members of the Kavačka Clan were involved in the killing of Pejaković on November 6, which took place practically at the entrance to Podgorica coming from the direction of Cetinje, when two assailants opened fire with automatic weapons on the “BMW” they were in.
The perpetrators fled the scene, and media reports indicated that they escaped in a “Renault” vehicle immediately after the attack, before transferring to a black “Polo” car.
