Hearing for the Review of Indictment Against Jelena Perović and Nina Paović Has Ended.

The hearing regarding the indictment review of Jelena Perović, the former director of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK), along with her ex-assistant Nina Paović, has concluded at the Higher Court in Podgorica.

The court has announced that a decision will be reached within the legal timeframe, and the public will be informed promptly.

According to the indictment from the Special State Prosecutor’s Office, Jelena Perović and Nina Paović face charges related to the abuse of their official positions.

The hearing was attended by two representatives from the prosecution, as well as the two defendants and their lawyers.
