Nišić Honored with Award for Enhancing Social Dialogue and Fostering Partnership Relationships

The Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Dialogue, Naida Nišić, was honored with an award in Belgrade for her significant contributions to enhancing social dialogue and fostering collaborative relationships among the government, trade unions, and employers.
This information was released by the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Dialogue.
According to the statement, Nišić attended the International Conference “25 Years of Social Dialogue in the Republic of Serbia” at the invitation of the Social and Economic Council of Serbia, which is currently taking place in Belgrade.
“This conference serves as a vital platform for sharing knowledge, experiences, and innovative solutions among regional countries, particularly concerning the development of effective social dialogue models. The panel discussions include experts and representatives from social partners within the region, aimed at enhancing collective bargaining and improving labor rights. Minister Naida Nišić was also recognized with an award for her role in strengthening social dialogue and fostering partnerships among the government, trade unions, and employers,” the statement adds.
The Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Dialogue emphasized that by participating in this international event, Montenegro reaffirms its commitment to the principles of social justice, dialogue, and collaboration as foundational elements for sustainable labor market development.
