    <p>Nemanja Vuković, the leader of the "We Are All Nikšić" list, visited the villages of Crkvice and Velimlje in the Banjani region. During a pre-election rally, he engaged with residents and stated that the current local government is rightly seeking the trust of the citizens again, as it supports actions over empty promises.</p>

    <p>According to Vuković, Banjani has not been overlooked in the past four years but has been recognized as a vital area for investment.</p>

    <p>"During our term, we aimed to repay the trust of Banjani’s residents, not just because of your tremendous support over the years, but because we believe that villages should remain the heart of Nikšić. We paved roads, renovated the school in Crkvice, upgraded the ambulance, built the Vladičina voda, introduced free tanker services, and reinstated the bus line. We fulfilled everything we promised, and I take pride in the many additional achievements we accomplished," stated Vuković, as per a statement from the "Svi smo Nikšić" list.</p>

    <p>He emphasized that the residents of Banj are expecting even greater investments, including a project to construct a water supply network that is already in the conceptual design phase.</p>

    <p>"Today, we don't merely make promises; we provide guarantees. We assure you that we will continue investing in every village, creating opportunities for agricultural businesses alongside eco- and ethno-tourism. Our goal is to foster conditions for those who remained and offer reasons for those who left to return," Vuković added.</p>

    <p>He noted that Nikšić is entering a pivotal moment.</p>

    <p>"Over the past four years, we have prioritized service to citizens over tycoons and criminals. I aspire for the next four years to feature a government that engages with the community, addressing issues collaboratively. There is still much to accomplish, but we now possess the time, strength, and expertise to see it through," Vuković concluded.</p>
