Goods valued at approximately 20,000 euros recovered; Serbian National Arrested

The Kolašin police apprehended I.Dž. (26) from Tutin, discovering textile items valued at approximately 20,000 euros in his vehicle.
According to the Police Directorate, officers from the Border Police Sector in Kolašin conducted a vehicle check on the Berane-Lubnice-Kolašin road in the town of Jezerine. The vehicle had Tutin license plates and was driven by a Serbian citizen, I.Dž. (26) from Tutin.
“During the search, a substantial amount of textile goods lacking the necessary documentation was uncovered and temporarily seized from I.Dž. These items were packed in 19 PVC bags located on the passenger seat and in the back of the vehicle, along with one hand-held radio. The estimated value of the seized goods is around 20,000 euros, and it is suspected that I.Dž. was transporting them from Novi Pazar to Podgorica,” the announcement stated.
Following the order of the state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Kolašin, the police arrested I.Dž. and filed criminal charges against him on suspicion of engaging in illicit trafficking.
