Montenegro’s Tax Blacklist: Largest Non-Payment Totals €168 Million

The Tax Administration (PU) of Montenegro has released a blacklist featuring the names of taxpayers with the highest outstanding tax debts. Topping the list as of June 30 is Spic Ronghe International from Podgorica, followed closely by China Road and Bridge Corporation, which has unpaid liabilities amounting to 11.62 million euros.

The combined tax debt of the top two hundred debtors in Montenegro stands at a staggering 168 million euros.

Among the top five debtors are Balkca-Durr Energy Solutions with 6.85 million euros in due liabilities, Tech with 6.58 million euros, and binex with 4.46 million euros.

All five of the largest tax debtors are registered in Podgorica, and out of the 200 largest non-payers, 37 have debts exceeding one million euros.

This list, reflecting the debt as of June, includes 200 tax debtors across various categories such as value-added tax, concessions, income tax debts, and personal income taxes, as well as the 100 largest tax debtors who are undergoing bankruptcy proceedings, as noted by MINA AGENCY.
