Body of Woman from Podgorica Discovered near Vukovar Bridge

The remains of I.Đ. (30), a resident of Podgorica who was reported missing on March 11, have been recovered, as announced by the Police Directorate to “Vijesti”.
Danilo Mijajlović from the Regional Diving Center confirmed to the newspaper that the remains were located two kilometers away from the Vukovar Bridge.
“The authorities have taken over the remains for further examination and identification,” he added at the time.
A four-year-old child, I.Đ., was discovered on March 22 at the confluence of the Cijevna and Morača rivers, just upstream from the Vukovar Bridge.
I.Đ. and her child’s disappearance was reported to the Podgorica Security Department by family members on March 11.
