Certificates Granted and Launch of the Sixth Cycle of Strategic Planning Training Program

The General Secretariat of the Government of Montenegro, in collaboration with the Human Resources Administration, officially celebrated the commencement of the sixth cycle of the Training Programme for Strategic Planning aimed at civil servants. During the event, participants who successfully completed the previous cycle were presented with certificates, marking the conclusion of one phase and the beginning of another.

The objective of the programme is to enhance the strategic planning capabilities within public administration.

Irena Vućić Popović

In her address on behalf of the General Secretariat of the Government, Irena Vućić Popović, Deputy Secretary-General, congratulated the graduates and highlighted the significance of ongoing investment in knowledge and professional growth within civil service.

It is a tremendous privilege to speak to you today at this ceremony, which carries particular importance—not just for those of you who have completed the previous cycle, but for all of us who recognize the value of investing in knowledge and continuous professional advancement. Strategic planning is a continuous journey that demands expertise, commitment, and the ability to adapt to new challenges and requirements. The certificates you receive today symbolize not only your hard work but also serve as motivation to pursue further professional development. Investing in knowledge is invariably an investment in the future—for your personal growth and that of public administration and society at large, stated Vućić Popović.

The ceremony also included comments from Almedina Vukić Martinović, Assistant Secretary-General of the Government, and Zemka Striković, Assistant Director of the Human Resources Administration. They both emphasized the critical role of such programmes in strengthening administrative capacity and enhancing the quality of strategic documents across public administration.
