The Special Police Unit has ramped up its daily preventive operations in the Cetinje area, offering support to the local Security Department in executing both routine and complex tasks, according to the announcement from the Police Directorate.

The Special Police Unit emphasizes its commitment to effectively prevent and suppress violence and criminal activity, ensuring “ongoing monitoring of individuals and vehicles through strategically stationed patrols and presence at critical locations.”

“As of yesterday, personnel from the Guide Training and Service Dog Training Group within the Special Police Unit have been deployed in Cetinje, significantly enhancing operational preparedness and efficiency in addressing potential security threats,” stated the police.

The efforts of the Special Police Unit will focus on proactively enhancing the security environment, with an emphasis on safeguarding citizens and protecting their property, according to the announcement.
