Criminal charges filed for illegal logging in Mojkovac

Criminal Charges Launched Over Illegal Logging in Mojkovac

The Forest and Hunting Management Directorate has reported that charges have been filed against RB for illegal logging activities in Mojkovac, with the individual admitting guilt.

“Today, during intensive field inspections, illegal logging in a state forest was detected in the Mojkovac Regional Unit. While visiting the Polje area, the regional forester found evidence of illegal logging in a state forest amounting to 13.26 m³. A thorough analysis of the area and evidence collection led to the discovery and seizure of illegally cut wood assortments. Criminal charges have been filed against RB, who has confessed to the illegal activities in state forests,” reads the statement.

The forestry inspector has been informed about the incident, and the case has been forwarded to the appropriate authorities for further proceedings.
