The Chicago Bulls clinched a thrilling 119:117 victory against the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday night, highlighted by Josh Giddy’s remarkable three-pointer from half court in the final seconds of the game in the NBA.

Trailing by five points (100:105) with just 12.6 seconds remaining, the Bulls rallied as Patrick Williams and Kobe White each drained three-pointers to pull ahead 106:105. Austin Reeves then responded for the Lakers with a basket three seconds before the end. Ultimately, Giddy’s half-court shot sealed the Bulls’ fourth consecutive win.

Giddy concluded the game with an impressive triple-double, recording 25 points, 14 rebounds, and 11 assists. Kobe White contributed 26 points along with nine assists, while Kevin Herter added 21 points, six rebounds, and five assists.

For the Lakers, Austin Reeves led the scoring with 30 points, followed by Luka Dončić with 25 points, 10 rebounds, and eight assists, and LeBron James, who posted 17 points and 12 assists.

Meanwhile, the Oklahoma City Thunder secured their eighth consecutive win by defeating Memphis 125-104. Shay Gilges-Alexander starred with 37 points, six assists, three rebounds, and three steals. Jaylen Williams returned from a seven-game absence due to a hip injury to add 20 points.

Isaiah Hartenstein chipped in with 18 points and 11 rebounds for Oklahoma, who leads the league with a record of 61 wins and 12 losses, ahead of Cleveland at 59 wins and 14 losses.

For Memphis, Jaren Jackson tallied 27 points while Scottie Pippen Jr. contributed 17 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists, and five steals. Unfortunately, their star player Ja Morant missed his sixth consecutive game due to a hamstring injury.

Cleveland also found success, overcoming San Antonio 124-116 for their third straight victory. Jarrett Allen led the Cavaliers with 29 points and 15 rebounds, followed by Donovan Mitchell with 25 points, 14 assists, and eight rebounds. Max Struss and Deandre Hunter added 18 and 14 points, respectively.

On the San Antonio side, Stephon Castle scored 22 points along with 11 rebounds and eight assists, Devin Vassell contributed 22 points, and Keldon Johnson recorded 17 points and 10 rebounds.

The Indian Pacers achieved a franchise record by defeating Washington 162-109, marking the most points scored in a single game for the team. Tyrese Halliburton topped the scoring sheet with 29 points, supported by Myles Turner with 17 and Jeres Walker with 16 points.

Although the Pacers were on the verge of a larger margin, they struggled to convert late-game opportunities. The previous franchise high was 157 points.

Washington set a franchise record for the most points allowed, with Alex Sarr leading his team with 22 points and seven rebounds. Jordan Poole added 18 points, while former Partizan player Tristan Vukcevic contributed four points.

In other matchups, Houston triumphed over Utah 121-110, led by Alperen Şengün’s standout performance with 33 points and 10 rebounds. Sacramento ended a four-game losing streak with a 128-107 victory against Portland.

Dallas bested Orlando 101-92, while Miami, led by Tyler Herro’s 36 points, secured their third consecutive victory against Atlanta.
