The head of the “We are all Nikšić” electoral list, Nemanja Vuković, has unveiled plans for a modern sports and recreational complex located beneath Trebjes.

He elaborated that the initiative encompasses the creation of various sports fields, playgrounds for children, a jogging pathway encircling the entire complex and including Trebjesa, alongside contemporary dining facilities and a football field with artificial turf.

“Reconstructing the East Stand of the stadium near Bistrica is also vital, as is building an athletics track, which will enhance the development of professional sports in our city,” Vuković noted in the announcement.

The “We are all Nikšić” list emphasized that the aim of this project is to offer residents from all age groups a quality space for recreation, sports, and social interaction, particularly encouraging youth to adopt healthy lifestyles in today’s digital age.

“Recently, we have witnessed record investments in sports. We completed the West Stand of the stadium and established over 15 playgrounds and sports fields throughout the city. Now, we aim to accelerate our efforts to foster a culture where sports are actively engaged with, not just observed. Because – We are all Nikšić!” Vuković stressed.
