“Denver Relies on Jokić as Clippers Secure Victory”
Last night, Denver’s basketball team fell to Portland with a score of 128 to 109, marking their second loss in a row in the NBA.
Without star player Nikola Jokić, the Nuggets struggled to secure a victory and ultimately faced another defeat.
Conversely, Portland celebrated their fourth consecutive win, largely due to Danny Avdija’s impressive performance, which included 36 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists.
For the Nuggets, Gordon was the standout performer with 23 points. Westbrook contributed 18, while Porter Jr. added 17.
The Los Angeles Clippers also secured a victory, defeating Memphis with a score of 128 to 108.
Harden led the scoring for the Clippers with 30 points, followed by Leonard with 23 points and 10 rebounds, Zubac with 17 points and 10 rebounds, and Bogdanovic who finished with 16 points and five assists.
For Memphis, Jackson was the most productive player with 23 points.
